Wastewater Treatment SystemsNaston Limited has a well proven capability in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of lime, powdered activated carbon, soda ash and flue gas desulphurisation projects for the industry and municipal water incineration projects. For the last 20 years, Naston has completed numerous chemical handling, preparation, dosing and injection systems for UK water companies. Naston has designed and built process plants in over 25 countries of the world. Naston has highly qualified and capable engineers with experience of installing many powder process plants throughout the UK. Sewage Treatment Plant: Bioclere Aerated BiofilterThe Bioclere Aerated Biofilter plant can deal with wide variations of flow and load and achieves and effluent quality of better than 20 mg/l BOD and 30 mg/l suspended solids. Units can be provided to fulfil higher quality standards including full nitrification. The system does not use air blowers and hence noise is not a problem. The plants are compact and fully enclosed and, when installed in the ground to cover level, present minimal visual impact. COMPAK Range of Water Treatment PlantEase and speed of transport installation, operation and maintenance are fundamental to the design of Naston COMPAK modular water treatment plants. Each model incorporates a robust steel frame and is supplied fully piped and assembled. Only interconnection is required on site. Sewage Treatment Package Plant: Bioclere BiofilterThe Bioclere Biofilter plant achieves an effluent quality of at least 20mg/l BOD, and 30 mg/l suspended solids, and can be designed to satisfy higher quality standards including full nitrification. The enclosed design and absence of smell, noise and insects means that these units can be located close to dwellings. The plant is also capable of dealing with wide variations of flow and load, providing an ideal solution for small populations. Sewage Treatment Plant: Constant Transfer systemThe Constant Transfer plant provides treated effluent to a quality of at least 20 mg/l BOD and 20mg/l suspended solids. Higher quality standards can be achieved with the addition of tertiary treatment equipment. The process is odour free and therefore there are no restrictions on the location and installation inside buildings is viable if required. Modular design facilitates the addition of further capacity as and when required to suit local development. |
